Dear Colleagues,
We will hold the 3rd National Medical Aesthetics Congress, as the largest and richest event, in respect of scientific and social programs, in the field of Medical Aesthetics of all times in Turkey, together with you as participants, on November 28 to December 1, 2019 at Kaya Palazzo Hotel in Antalya, the most popular touristic city in Turkey. The Turkish Association of Medical Aesthetic Medicine is glad to invite you to our Congress. 

Last year we successfully held the 2nd National Congress with 350 participants. This year will be another tremendous opportunity to share and discuss the latest developments in our field of expertise with all of our colleagues attending the Congress which we expect to draw great interest. We will also organize an outstanding scientific program including distinguished speakers from Turkey and all over the world gathered to share their knowledge and experience at the congress. The Congress will include in its 2.5-day calendar specific training sessions to be held on Friday to improve participants’ theoretical and practical knowledge as well as the scientific sessions, panels, satellite symposiums, and oral presentation sessions where our colleagues will have the opportunity to present their research.

Congress Dates
The congress will take place on November 28 to December 1, 2019.

Congress Venue
Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, Belek, Antalya

Congress Language 
The Congress will be held in Turkish. There will be simultaneous translation on main hall during the congress.

Booths and Exhibition Areas
The visiting hours for booth and exhibition areas where companies operating in the pharmaceutical industry and field of related equipment will be presenting will be from 09:00 to 19:00.

Invitation Letter 
An invitation letter will be sent to those participants upon request if they need to obtain permission from their organization to attend the Congress.

Name Tags
All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear their name tags given during the check-in in order to access the congress venue, booth areas and social activities.

Congress Web Page
A web page has been created with the aim of keeping you up to date with all the information about the Congress.  Abstracts of the papers to be submitted for presentation at the Congress will be collected via the web page

Participation Certificate
Participation certificates will be given to all registered participants at the check-in desk on the last day of the Congress.


Abstracts in TURKISH or ENGLISH should be submitted online via the paper submission system available on the website No abstracts sent via e-mail or postal mail will not be accepted unless they are submitted using the system. Abstracts sent over the Internet should be proofread beforehand since in the event that they are accepted they will be published as they are.

Deadline for Abstract Submissions: 08.11.2019

Papers or posters to be presented at the Congress shall present experimental studies, clinical studies or original cases which should contribute to scientific development and point to a conclusion. The authors are responsible for any spelling mistakes.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts will be received through the online paper submission system.
  • Academic titles should not be used with author names.
  • Author names should be in capitalized form. The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be in upper case. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
  • If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, what it stands for is to be specified in parentheses.
  • The aim of a study and the methods used shall be briefly stated, the findings thereof shall be summarized with sufficient quantitative details, and the results thereof shall be explained within the scope of the findings presented.
  • The abstract shall contain the subtitles Aim, Methodology, Findings, and Conclusion.
  • The entire abstract must not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and author's name.
  • For a paper submission, no image or video will be submitted, but only the abstract will be submitted.

Abstracts will be received for two categories: Posters and Oral presentations. A presenter should select the category which would represent their study best under one of the following topics in the respective phase of their study:

Points to Consider

  • If you are going to use the online paper submission module for the first time, please sign up using the "New User" option.
  • After signing up, the explanations on the next page will guide you. Read the directions and explanations carefully.
  • Abstracts sent over the Internet should be proofread beforehand since they will be published as they are.
  • Please keep the confirmation messages sent to your Inbox after your abstract submission.
  • You can follow up the entire evaluation process via the system using your email and password.

Abstract Evaluation

The evaluation will be made via the Internet by the Paper Evaluation Committee by keeping the names and institutions of the researchers confidential.  In order for an abstract to be evaluated, the owner of the abstract must complete the meeting registration by November 15, 2019 at the latest. Authors will be informed about the results with a result letter.


Posters must have a width of 70 cm and a height of 90 cm. Posters shall be designed so that they will be readable at least 1 meter away. Posters will be displayed on the date in the place and section specified by the organization committee. Posters will be stuck up by adhesive pads. The use of any other material for this purpose shall not be permitted. Poster owners will be assisted during putting up posters.

Oral Presentations
While preparing your Oral Presentation slides, please make sure;
  • your slides do not have more than 7 lines,
  • the number of words in each line does not exceed 6,
  • the orientation of slides is landscape,
  • the slides do not include tables with too much content, and
  • the slides are in Turkish.

  • The registration fee covers participation to scientific events, access to booths and exhibition areas, printed materials, congress bags, coffee breaks, and lunches.
  • New members of the association should contact the Turkish Association of Medical Aesthetic Medicine for registration.
  • Only medical doctors may attend the Congress.
  • 18% VAT will be added to the registration fees.

  • All accommodations requests must be handled via Opteamist Tourism. For those Reservations which are made from other services must be add addtional, <4 - day outside participation fee, 200 > to the registration fee.
  • Vat 8% shoul be added to fees above.


For cancellation before May 10, 2019, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded. Cancellations after that date are not refundable.
